We are recruiting an experienced Sous Chef to join an Independent School in Somerset, serving 1,000+ pupils across primary and secondary education.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Sous Chef with educational or large-scale catering experience, supporting the Head Chef in delivering fresh, nutritious meals daily and assisting with special event catering including sports days, parent evenings, and school functions.

Requirements:

• Large-scale, high-volume catering experience – ideally in Education or B&I.
• Ability to support and step up in the Head Chef’s absence.
