What You’ll Do

• Lead, motivate, and manage the restaurant and bar team to deliver outstanding service.
• Maintain impeccable standards of presentation, hygiene, and operational excellence.
• Oversee cash handling, stock control, and staff rotas efficiently.
• Create a welcoming, professional dining experience that delights residents and guests.

About You

• Proven experience in hospitality, ideally private members clubs, hotels, or high-end dining.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent operational knowledge: cash handling, stock control, rotas, and compliance.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service with attention to detail.
• Flexible, hands-on, and a natural problem solver.
