Our client is a leading healthcare organization who prides themselves on patient care, and service innovation.

Seeking a General Manager, this is a great opportunity for an experienced and hands-on General Manager to oversee a large-scale Food & Nutrition operation within a major hospital setting.

The Role

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of food and nutrition services.

This role requires a strong operational leader with a passion for service quality, team engagement, and achieving financial and client satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across patient, retail, and catering services
• Lead and mentor large, diverse teams with a focus on engagement and development
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
• Manage budgets, financial targets, and cost controls
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards

About You

• Proven years of experience in food & nutrition management within a Hospital setting
• Proven ability to lead large teams in a high-volume environment
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L accounts
• Excellent communication and relationship management with clients & stakeholders
• Union experience or understanding is a strong asset!
