
Revenue Manager

They are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial-minded revenue manager to optimise revenue growth for this property.

Responsibilities
- Deliver the pricing strategies for online channels.
- Manage all hotel distribution channels and pricing strategies.
- Ensure each property works with adequate 3rd parties to maximise revenue.
- Ensure property performance through robust channel and room-type management.
- Identify and implement new Revenue Management tools, opportunities and strategies.
- Build and maintain Databases.
- Manage OTA channels swing to Direct business.
- Take ownership of the allocated portfolio topline forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Give market insights, analyse data and identify trends.
- Think outside the box.
The ideal candidate
- Minimum of 3 years of Revenue Management Experience.
- Experience with the London 5
* market. - Understanding of Opera and OnQ PMS, StayNTouch a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (VBA a plus) with intermediate knowledge of other MS Office Applications.
- Ability to articulate and introduce change effectively.
