Technical Director | Majorca | Relocation Support

I’m looking for an experienced Technical Director to join a growing real estate development business in Majorca.

As Technical Director, you will lead the full delivery process—overseeing architects, engineers, interior designers, and external contractors while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

You will be responsible for setting up internal systems, managing reporting to investors, and working closely with the founder to drive the next phase of growth.

Your Experience

• Proven track record in real estate development with a strong engineering background
• Hands-on knowledge of building and construction processes, with site experience
• Experienced leader, able to manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organisational and analytical skills, including setting up systems and investor reporting
• Fluent in Spanish and English; German is a strong plus
• Senior presence with the confidence to work alongside the founder and leadership team

Your Responsibilities

• Lead technical and operational delivery across multiple projects
• Oversee design, engineering, and construction processes from concept through to completion
• Manage external contractors and internal teams to ensure quality and efficiency
• Implement systems, controls, and investor reporting processes
• Act as the senior technical authority, ensuring compliance, standards, and delivery excellence
