
Executive Chef - Education
We’re recruiting an Executive Chef for an incredible, high-volume education venue in South-East England.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take charge of a large, multi-outlet operation offering everything from banqueting and fine dining to café service and high-capacity events.
You’ll be leading and motivating a brigade of 40+ chefs, setting the standards and driving creativity across a busy, diverse site.
We’re looking for an Executive Chef with a strong head for operations and fresh ideas for retail, banqueting, and the wider food offer.

Executive Chef Requirements:
- Proven Leadership: Significant experience managing large culinary teams (20+ chefs) in high-volume environments.
- Operational Expertise: Strong background in banqueting, fine dining, and multi-outlet food service.
- Creativity & Standards: Ability to deliver elevated cuisine while maintaining consistency at scale.
- Commitment: Solid employment history with evidence of dedication and longevity in previous roles.
