Senior Operations Manager – QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) - Relocate to Jamaica!
Location: Jamaica (with regional travel across the Caribbean)
Compensation: USD $100,000 + Full Expatriate Package to be discussd 

Are you a seasoned Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) leader ready to take on a high-impact regional role? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Operations Manager to lead operations excellence for a well-established QSR brand in Jamaica, with oversight extending across the Caribbean.

  Proven experience managing 50+ QSR units at a senior or regional level.

• 
  

  Strong background with top-tier QSR brands (experience with Burger King in a similar role is a significant advantage).

• 
  

  Expertise in financial management, P&L accountability, and operational performance.

• 
  

  Demonstrated leadership excellence—building and motivating large, diverse teams.

• 
  

  English-speaking (additional languages a plus).

• 
  

  Ability and willingness to travel throughout the Caribbean as part of operational oversight.

• 
  

  Lead day-to-day operations across Jamaica and regional markets.

• 
  

  Drive operational excellence, ensuring consistency and quality across all locations.

• 
  

  Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost management across multiple units.

• 
  

  Implement best practices in training, compliance, and customer service.

• 
  

  Partner with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives.

• 
  

  Develop and mentor high-performing teams across markets.

•
