We’re on the lookout for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) for this modern bar/pub/venue in Richmond.

The site delivers a strong mix of wet and dry sales, generating weekly turnovers of £35–40k.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in high-volume restaurants, or food led pubs
• Proven ability to manage both wet and dry sales in a full-service environment
• Strong leadership skills, leading from the floor and keeping teams motivated
• Commercially aware with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs
• A confident, energetic personality – someone who brings enthusiasm to both staff and guests
