Customer Service Representative

We're Hiring! Tudor Employment Agency is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join our client based in Walsall .

The ideal candidate should have top-notch communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service .

️ Your Role Will Include:

• 
  

  Handling customer enquiries via phone, email & chat

• 
  

  Providing info on products & services

• 
  

  Processing orders & returns efficiently

• 
  

  Upselling products when appropriate

• 
  

  Analysing customer needs to offer the best solutions

• 
  

  ☎️ Maintaining professionalism & phone etiquette at all times

‍ Experience Required:

• 
  

  ⌨️ Strong data entry and administration skills

• 
  

  ️ Effective communication with customers

• 
  

  Excellent telephone manner

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour
