Location: Halesfield, Telford
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shifts: 12-hour shifts (6am–6pm or 6pm–6am)
Are you reliable, hardworking, and ready to roll up your sleeves? Our client in Halesfield, Telford is looking for dedicated Production Operatives to join their busy manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Loading and unloading machinery safely and efficiently
• Carrying out general factory duties to support production
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
Shift Details:
• 12-hour shifts: Day (6am–6pm) or Night (6pm–6am)
• Flexible availability across Monday to Sunday
What We’re Looking For:
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous factory or production experience is beneficial but not essential
