$75,000–$85,000 annual salary

On behalf of a prestigious private members’ club, we are seeking an experienced and polished Floor Manager to join a standout team in New York City.

This role will oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations across multiple refined dining spaces, ensuring exceptional guest service and team performance.

The ideal candidate has a fine dining background, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years in restaurant management (fine dining/high-volume preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Hands-on approach with high attention to detail
• Ability to mentor, motivate, and support FOH staff
• Comfortable in fast-paced, elevated service environments
