We are working with a modern, upscale restaurant in Atlanta known for bold flavors, seasonal ingredients, and an energetic dining atmosphere.
Who are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure every guest experience exceeds expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop FOH and BOH teams with strong training and service standards
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and a seamless service flow
- Manage budgets, labor, cost controls, and overall P&L performance
- Collaborate with the culinary team on menu rollouts and staff education
- Maintain operational excellence, cleanliness, and compliance
- Support marketing, events, and local community engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in upscale, full-service restaurant management a plus
- Proven leadership, team development, and financial acumen
- Experience in high-volume, hospitality-focused environments
- Hands-on, guest-first approach to management
- Proficiency in POS, scheduling, and inventory systems
