Event Operations Manager - Historic Venue, London, £34,000
I am working with a historic venue in Central London is seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to oversee the smooth delivery of a diverse range of events, including corporate functions, weddings, and film productions.
This hands-on role involves leading front-of-house operations, managing staff, and ensuring every event runs to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning and delivery of events from start to finish
 - Recruit, train, and manage event and front-of-house teams
 - Oversee health & safety and compliance requirements
 - Coordinate suppliers, caterers, and logistics on-site
 - Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and service excellence
 - Monitor budgets, invoices, and event profitability
 
The Ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in event or venue management
 - Proven experience delivering complex, high-end events
 - Strong organisational and leadership skills
 - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
 - Flexible approach with the ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
 - A genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
