An exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Cluster General Manager to take on a cluster role overseeing two stunning, smaller full-service restaurants in Marble Arch London with a third boutique restaurant opening on the way.

These venues are celebrated for their exceptional quality food, warm hospitality, and stylish neighbourhood charm.  You’ll be the driving force behind the success of these sites, leading your teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining the highest operational standards.

Working closely with the owners, you’ll have the autonomy to shape the guest journey and influence the growth of this expanding group. 

The Cluster Restaurant General Manager Role: 

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of two established restaurants, plus support the launch of a third opening soon 

• Lead, coach, and inspire your teams to deliver impeccable service and consistent quality 

• Drive sales, profitability, and efficiency while maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction 

• Uphold and enhance brand standards across all sites, ensuring each restaurant retains its individual character 

• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams 

• Work closely with the Head Chef and owners to maintain quality and consistency 

About you!  

• A proven General Manager with multi-site or high-volume experience in premium casual or full-service restaurants 

• A natural leader who thrives in hands-on roles and enjoys developing people 

• Passionate about great food, exceptional service, and creating memorable experiences 

• Commercially astute with strong financial and operational acumen
