About the Position

• Welcome residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Manage bookings, deliveries, and daily enquiries
• Support hospitality service in lounge, bar, and dining areas
• Assist with social events and community activities
• Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness across all communal areas
• Liaise with maintenance and housekeeping teams
• Clean UK driving licence required

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or residential settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, reliable, and detail-focused
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of Health & Safety and security principles
• Full, clean UK driving licence
