• Turn every guest interaction into a memorable experience—handling feedback and challenges with creativity, empathy, and charm.

We’ve been waiting for you because you:

• Hold completed training in hospitality or gastronomy and/or a degree in hotel or business management.
• Have proven experience in an operational leadership role within the lifestyle hotel or catering world.
• Know your way around POS, PMS, and hotel management systems.
• Are a motivating, charismatic leader with an authentic, loyal, and hands-on nature.
• Have warm and confident communication skills that inspire both your team and guests.
