About You

• Experience in wet-led and cocktail-focused venues is essential
• Prior experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager is required
• Strong product knowledge is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow is key
• Capable of overseeing day-to-day operations in collaboration with the General Manager
• A natural leader who fosters a positive and motivating team culture
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet business goals through strategic planning with the leadership team
