The Company:

We’re partnering with a leading elevated casual dining brand in Canada to help find a Regional Chef to join their team.

As Regional Chef, you will support the Regional Chef in overseeing kitchen operations across multiple locations across Alberta, driving culinary innovation, operational excellence, and team performance while maintaining quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

Regional Chef Requirements:

• Proven experience in a comparable position, leading multiple kitchens
• Experience in high-volume kitchens, preferably within a corporate-style hospitality group
• A motivated culinary professional who can support and develop the team around you
• Passion for all things hospitality and the energy to keep up!
• Strong communication skills, organizational and time-management skills
