Job Title: General Manager – Boutique Hotel – Suffolk
Salary: Up to £60,000

I am currently recruiting for a General Manager to join this boutique hotel on the stunning Suffolk coast.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality leader with a passion for food and beverage to lead a venue renowned for its restaurant, bar, and exceptional guest experiences.

About the position

• Oversee all hotel operations with a strong emphasis on food & beverage excellence
• Lead and develop the restaurant and bar teams to deliver outstanding dining experiences
• Maximise revenue from all outlets, including events and in-house dining
• Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing team to promote the restaurant and F&B offerings
• Host weekly HoD meetings and ensure smooth communication across all departments
• Build relationships with local producers, suppliers, and the community to enhance the menu and dining experience

• Proven experience managing boutique hotels with a strong restaurant and bar focus
• Track record of driving F&B profitability and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Inspirational leader who motivates and develops high-performing teams
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Passionate about hospitality, food, and beverage
