Regional Vice President of Operations

Location: San Diego, CA
Compensation: $220K base | Total $300K–$350K

Role Overview

A leading hotel management organization is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee 6–10 full-service and lifestyle hotels across the Western U.S.

This hands-on, field-oriented role focuses on driving financial performance, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor General Managers to achieve revenue, profitability, and service goals.
• Oversee daily operations, P&L management, and compliance with standards.
• Support portfolio growth, including new property integrations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in multi-property or regional hotel operations leadership.
• Experience with full-service, lifestyle, or upper-upscale hotels.
• Strong financial acumen and proven ability to drive results.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Based within 2 hours of San Diego; frequent travel required.
