We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie for an exciting new opening.
This Chef de Partie role is within a high-end Japanese restaurant focusing on refined dishes and exceptional ingredients.
The ideal Chef de Partie will have experience in quality-driven kitchens and a keen interest in Japanese cuisine.
The Restaurant:
- Luxury Japanese dining and late-night bar concept
- Philosophy centred on ingredient quality
- Refined pan Asian dishes
- 100 cover vibrant restaurant
- Part of a successful restaurant group with a stellar reputation
The Chef de Partie Role:
- Focus on dinner service with some lunch covers
- Late-night finish, kitchen closes around 22:00
- ASAP start for the right candidate
- Work under an acclaimed Executive Chef
- Structured rota in a well-resourced kitchen
The Ideal Chef de Partie:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume, quality-focused kitchen
- A passion for Japanese ingredients and techniques is essential
- Strong section skills and a meticulous eye for detail
- Positive, hard-working attitude within a team environment
- Ambitious and eager to learn in a prestigious new opening
