We are seeking a confident Duty Manager to oversee daily operations at a prestigious 5-star country estate in Surrey.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team and ensure every guest experience is seamless, personal, and exceptional.

The Role

As Duty Manager, you will be at the heart of the guest experience — leading front-of-house teams, coordinating arrivals and departures, and maintaining impeccable standards across all areas.

You will ensure every detail is perfect and every guest receives an attentive, intuitive, and memorable experience.

About You

• Proven experience in luxury or five-star hospitality
• Natural leadership and excellent communication skills
• Calm, composed, and solution-focused under pressure
• Passionate about delivering intuitive and personalised service
• Well-presented and confident engaging with VIP guests
• Full UK driving licence required
