I am looking for a skilled Cluster Maintenance Manager to oversee technical operations across Southern Germany, Austria, Switzerland.

This remote role offers responsibility for multiple properties, with a focus on standardising processes, supporting local teams, and optimising operational efficiency.

Your Experience

• Technical education or degree in building services (TGA) or related field
• Leadership experience in multi-site maintenance or facility management
• Strong knowledge of technical building systems, MSR technology, and safety regulations
• Skilled in planning, coordinating, and optimising preventive and corrective maintenance
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital maintenance tools
• Willingness to travel regularly across your cluster

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee, standardise, and optimise maintenance operations across multiple properties
• Lead, support, and train local technical teams
• Ensure compliance with all technical, safety, and regulatory standards
• Plan and manage maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments efficiently
• Implement sustainability and energy optimisation initiatives
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and insurance cases
• Monitor performance and contribute to long-term technical strategy
