We’re hiring on behalf of a luxury boutique hotel in Whistler.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and support teams across both casual and upscale dining concepts
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the outlets
• Maintain high service standards across varying dining styles
• Collaborate with the culinary team on guest experience and service flow
• Lead with a hands-on, guest-focused approach

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in both casual and high-end restaurant environments
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• A passion for hospitality and community engagement
• Ability to balance service standards with a relaxed guest atmosphere
