I’m working with an exciting events group that’s seeking a Senior Event Producer to lead high-profile events and festivals.
This role oversees the full production lifecycle, including creative development, vendor management, budgets, timelines, on-site leadership, and delivering a flawless guest experience.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience producing large-scale, high-end events in hospitality, entertainment, or brand experiences, along with a background managing event budgets ranging from $500K to over $10M, and experience working with celebrities, athletes and VIP guests.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle production for large-scale, high-touch events from planning through on-site execution.
- Translate creative ideas into actionable plans, ensuring smooth logistics, staffing, and guest experience.
- Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations to keep projects on track and on quality.
- Manage timelines and production schedules across multiple concurrent projects.
- Serve as the on-site lead, guiding teams, solving issues in real time, and ensuring a polished final experience.
- Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to ensure all operational, safety, and venue requirements are met.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years producing large-scale, high-end events across hospitality, entertainment, or brand experience sectors.
- Demonstrated success managing complex programs with sizable budgets.
- Strong creative judgment with the ability to balance big ideas and practical execution.
- Established relationships with high-quality vendors and production partners in major markets.
- Skilled in budgeting, negotiation, and operational planning.
- Comfortable working with senior leaders and high-profile guests in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and on-site management skills.
