• Manage day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring seamless service delivery

• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure profitability
• Maintain compliance with health & safety, HR, and operational standards

• Currently working in a gym management role with hands-on experience in London
• Proven track record managing busy, high-end gyms or fitness facilities
