• 5+ years leading housekeeping at a senior level
• Experience in boutique or smaller upscale properties where every detail matters
• A hands-on, energetic operator who loves being on the floor, motivating teams, and keeping standards sky-high
• Strategic with strong attention to detail—someone who sees both the big picture and the small touches
