Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations: staff scheduling, inventory management, and front/back-of-house coordination during peak hours
• Drive guest satisfaction through hands-on service leadership, complaint resolution, and team training
• Monitor financials, payroll, vendor relations, and compliance with health/safety standards
• Support GM in cost controls, shift planning, and fostering a positive, high-energy team environment

Requirements

• Proven years experience in high-volume full-service or casual dining management
• Strong knowledge in all things P&L – have had oversite in past roles
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software
