Senior Consultant - Architecture

A consultancy partner is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant/Architect with strong business transformation experience.

You will play a key role in delivering complex, high-impact transformation programmes, shaping architectural direction, and guiding both clients and development teams.

You will lead on designing and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, IRM, and other key workflow areas.
Required Experience

- Experience in ServiceNow business process design and architecture
- Strong development background with deep platform knowledge
- Ability to lead technical design, integrations, and governance
- Understanding of both cloud and on-premises ServiceNow models
- Eligible for SC clearance (UK nationals only, due to client requirements)
