• Strong background in premium or high-end restaurant environments
• Exceptional service standards with a genuine guest-first mindset
• Highly adaptable and confident performing during high-pressure service periods
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with teams and guests
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Experience using time & attendance systems (H&L or similar preferred)
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
