We are recruiting a Director of Sales & Marketing to join an award-winning luxury country hotel in Ireland.

We are looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial individual with a passion for hospitality.

As Director, you will drive sales and marketing strategy, grow new business, and maximise revenue across all hotel departments.

About the position

• Identify and develop new business across all segments
• Lead and manage Sales, Marketing, Events, and Revenue teams
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and client visits
• Oversee marketing campaigns and online presence
• Deliver strategic business plans and revenue targets
• Produce regular sales and revenue reports
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity

The successful candidate

• Minimum 3 years in senior hotel sales & marketing roles
• Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and revenue management
• Experienced in business development and trade shows
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven team leadership and motivation ability
• Commercially minded, proactive, and guest-focused
• Flexible and able to meet deadlines, including occasional travel
