Salary:  Up to £35,000 + Bonus

• Comes from a high-volume QSR or fast-casual dining environment
• Is passionate, motivated, and thrives on challenge
• Is commercially aware and analytical, with a strong business mindset
• Leads from the front with a hands-on, “get stuck in” approach
• Builds strong teams and a positive, high-performance culture
• Is financially savvy, supporting cost control and sales growth
• Has a high-energy, proactive attitude
• Is socially confident and committed to building great company culture

Desirable Experience:

• Supporting new site openings or relaunches
• Delivering training at both operational and management level
• Working closely with senior leadership to drive performance and growth
