• Standout operators from quality-led backgrounds, including GM, Deputy GM, or strong AGM experience
• Full understanding of structure, processes, and procedures in high-volume establishments
• Excellent financial acumen with the ability to analyse P&L
• People-focused: mentoring, coaching, and developing teams for continued success
• Experience with recruitment and HR issues
• Strong product knowledge
• Able to deliver a personal touch to the guest experience
