About the role

• You travel across multiple sites supporting kitchens
• You step in as Head Chef or Senior Sous where needed
• You help stabilise teams and standards
• You support openings, menu rollouts and training
• You cover holidays and absence across the group

The offer

• Salary £36,000 to £38,000
• Tronc around £7,000
• Mileage or travel support
• Exposure to many sites and teams
• Strong route into permanent Head Chef roles
