A well-established and growing Mediterranean restaurant group is seeking an Executive Chef to lead a vibrant, chef-driven concept in Conshohocken, PA.
The menu draws inspiration from Spanish, French, Turkish, Greek, and Maltese cuisine, blending bold flavors with refined execution.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a chef who thrives in high-quality, high-energy environments and enjoys building strong teams, consistent systems, and standout food.
Relocation assistance is available for U.S.
citizens or candidates with full U.S.
working rights.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all back-of-house culinary operations for the restaurant
- Execute and evolve a Mediterranean-inspired menu with consistency and creativity
- Manage food costs, labor, inventory, and kitchen budgets
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with ownership on menu development and implementation
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Chef in full-service restaurants
- Strong background in Mediterranean cuisine (Spanish, French, Turkish, Greek, Maltese preferred)
- A quality-driven mindset.
Someone creative and wanting to implement menu ideas. - Confident leader who builds culture, accountability, and consistency
- Strong understanding of P&L, food cost control, and kitchen operations
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
