Financial Controller

• £70-£80k + bonus

We’re working with a fast-growing, multi-sector investment group looking for a hands-on Finance Lead to build, shape, and elevate their finance function.

This is a chance to have real influence over financial strategy, operations, and growth at a pivotal stage of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all financial operations: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, payroll, and bookkeeping.
• Provide commercial insight to guide scaling, investment, and operational decisions.
• Implement robust processes, controls, and financial policies.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports, supporting audits and compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a talented accounting team.

Candidate Profile:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with proven financial management experience.
• Commercially minded, strategic, and hands-on.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, ideally having helped a business scale or transform.
• A natural leader who thrives on variety, challenge, and making a tangible impact.
