We are working with a client that operates a fast-casual chain known across the country.

They are seeking a Assistant Manager to join their leadership team and continue to uphold its reputation and quality of service. 

Responsibilities:

• Help manage the restaurant’s daily operations to ensure guests are provided with an exceptional experience
• Assist with the recruitment of team members.
  
  Provide leadership and guidance to staff, building and fostering a positive and motivating work environment
• Promptly and efficiently resolving all customer inquiries in friendly manner
• Analyzing sales and controlling expenses, payroll and inventory
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers

Key Requirements:

• Proven quick service restaurant management experience
• Confident and calm leader with superb communication and organisational skills
• Strong understanding of P&L’s and COG’s, you have a strong financial acumen
• Genuine passion for the restaurant industry and a dedication to delivering memorable dining experiences to customers
