We’re partnering with a growing, well-known restaurant group to find an experienced Executive Chef to lead a high-end, high-volume steakhouse kitchen.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a chef who values quality, systems, and team development.
The Role
- Lead all back-of-house operations and kitchen teams
- Drive menu execution, food quality, and consistency
- Manage food & labor costs, inventory, and ordering
- Train, mentor, and develop strong kitchen leadership
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in an Executive Chef or senior kitchen leadership role
- High-end or chef-driven restaurant experience required
- New opening experience a plus!
- Strong cost control and operational skills
- Confident, professional, and hands-on leadership style
