Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a talented front-of-house and back-of-house team.
  • Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory to optimize profitability.
  • Maintain high standards for quality, presentation, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with ownership on strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Uphold all health, safety, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:


  • Proven leadership experience in fine dining or upscale casual restaurant management.
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L, labor management, and budgeting experience.
  • Hands-on approach and ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; guest-centric mindset.
  • Experience with team development, coaching, and performance management.
