The Role:

You will use your technical knowledge to help customers understand faults, choose the correct repair solution and keep vehicles on the road.

A Typical Day Will Include

• Speaking with mechanics, auto electricians and fleet customers
• Understanding vehicle faults and advising on suitable repair options
• Handling inbound enquiries via phone, email and online channels
• Building strong long term customer relationships
• Following up quotations and converting them into jobs
• Working closely with engineers to communicate technical information clearly
• Developing and managing trade and fleet accounts
