General Manager

Salary: Up to $120,000 + 20% Bonus

Position Overview

This General Manager role offers the opportunity to lead a full-service hospitality operation with strong ties to an institutional environment.

The ideal candidate brings a collaborative leadership style, solid food and beverage oversight experience, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for hotel and food & beverage operations
• Manage financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and P&L accountability
• Ensure high standards of service delivery across all departments
• Collaborate with ownership and institutional partners to align operational goals
• Recruit, train, and develop management and hourly team members
• Maintain compliance with brand, safety, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• General Manager or senior operations leadership experience
• Strong background in Food & Beverage oversight
• Experience working within a campus, institutional, or multi-stakeholder environment preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex operations
