Salary: Up to $120,000 + 20% Bonus

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee a full-service hospitality property with a strong emphasis on food and beverage operations.

This position is ideal for a leader who understands regional markets, values team culture, and can drive consistent operational and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all operational departments with a focus on guest satisfaction and service consistency
• Oversee food and beverage operations to ensure quality, profitability, and efficiency
• Manage budgets, labor controls, and financial reporting
• Build strong relationships with guests, community partners, and ownership
• Coach and develop department leaders to drive accountability and performance
• Monitor and respond to guest feedback to enhance the overall experience

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience in hospitality
• Food and Beverage leadership experience required
• Strong knowledge of regional or destination-driven markets preferred
• Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills
