We are recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for a globally renowned Italian restaurant in the heart of Mayfair.
This is a pivotal role within a large, established brigade, offering the chance to develop your leadership skills while mastering iconic, ingredient-led Italian cuisine.
• Legendary, high-volume fine dining restaurant
• Classic Italian cuisine with the finest imported produce
• Everything made in-house, including fresh pasta daily
• Structured 48-hour week over 5 days (3 doubles, 2 singles)
• Clear progression path within a stable, long-standing team
The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have:
- Proven experience in high-end Italian kitchens
- A flawless attitude, and the desire to grow into a senior role.
- You will support service, manage sections, and help mentor junior chefs.
