What You’ll Do

• Partner with the General Manager to oversee all daily restaurant operations
• Lead, coach, and develop FOH leadership and hourly teams
• Ensure exceptional guest experience through service standards, floor presence, and recovery
• Drive financial performance through labor control, cost management, and revenue optimization
• Maintain strong systems around scheduling, payroll, inventory, and compliance
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as an Assistant General Manager or Senior Manager in an upscale or high-volume restaurant
• Proven ability to lead large teams in energetic, service-driven environments
• Strong understanding of P&L fundamentals, labor management, and operational systems
• Calm, confident leadership style with excellent communication skills
