General Manager – Independent Venue

Up to £42,000 (DOE) | East London

We’re working with a brilliant food-led, independent venue with real East London character, relaxed neighbourhood vibes by day, table service and buzzy bar energy in the evening, plus a genuinely great wine and cocktail offering.

This is a step-up role for a strong AGM ready for their first GM position, or an experienced AM / AGM who’s confident, hands-on, and eager to take ownership.

What we’re looking for:

• A hands-on operator who leads from the front
• Strong on numbers, rotas, and day-to-day operations
• Genuinely enthusiastic about wine!
• Comfortable managing a small, close-knit team of 7
• Someone who loves independent, neighbourhood restaurants and gets that community feel
• Ideally a Personal Licence holder (or happy to work towards one)

• Food-focused with a quality cocktail and wine list
• Table service with a lively bar atmosphere in the evenings
• East London vibes through and through!
• Sundays off
