Hotel Manager – Branded Hotel, Exeter

Salary: Up to £55,000 + bonus

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the hotel team, ensuring high performance and engagement.
• Oversee daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health & safety regulations, and local legislation.
• Drive revenue, occupancy, and profitability targets through effective planning and execution.
• Manage budgets, reports, and operational forecasts.
• Maintain strong guest satisfaction levels through excellent service delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hotel management, preferably within a branded hotel.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and operational metrics.
