We are looking for a quality-focused Head Chef with strong people skills and business sense.

We need a Head Chef who understands that.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong culinary skills – you care about flavour, seasonality, and execution.
• A natural people manager – you can lead, train, and motivate a brigade.
• Brand aware – you understand what makes a restaurant special and want to protect that.
• Business minded – you think about GP, wastage, and the bottom line without being asked.

The Role:

• Work across a larger, busier site in East London.
• Smooth running of high-volume services.
• Maintain the quality standards that built the brand's reputation.
• Help develop the team and drive the brand forward.

The Offer:
