We’re recruiting a Kitchen Manager to join a newly opening, premium private members’ club in London, operating a refined restaurant, bar and terrace within an intimate yet multi-faceted setting.

This Kitchen Manager role offers the opportunity to be at the heart of a fresh launch, shaping the operational backbone of a serious food-led venue alongside an awesome leadership team!

This is a hands-on, structured operational role working closely with the Head Chef and Restaurant General Manager, ensuring seamless stock control, supplier management and kitchen organisation across restaurant, terrace, private dining and event spaces.

• £35,000–£40,000 per year
• Tronc (conservative estimate £12,000 per annum)

The role

• Oversee all kitchen stock control, ordering and forecasting across multiple dining areas.
• Manage goods-in, quality checks and supplier deliveries to exacting standards.
• Maintain accurate real-time inventory systems and conduct weekly stocktakes.
• Act as the communication bridge between goods-in, prep and service kitchens.
• Work closely with the Head Chef on sourcing, costing and supply strategy.
• Monitor food cost performance and produce weekly reports.
• Ensure compliance, storage standards and allergen procedures are upheld.

The Kitchen Manager

• Proven experience in stock control, purchasing and inventory management within quality-led hospitality
• Strong knowledge of supplier negotiation, goods receiving and cost control
• Excellent commitment and longevity within previous roles.
