This opportunity is offered on a nine-month maternity cover basis.

The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of group reporting, operational finance oversight and financial planning across a multi-site hospitality platform.

This is a senior role within the finance function, working closely with leadership and providing oversight across site-based finance teams.

The position requires someone commercially minded, hands-on, and confident operating in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ownership of the month-end close, including consolidated P&L, balance sheet and cashflow reporting
• Oversight of day-to-day operational finance processes
• Supporting external audit delivery
• Driving improvements in finance systems, processes and controls
• Reviewing and strengthening internal controls as the business continues to scale
• Managing and developing a team within the finance function
• Acting as a senior escalation point for operational finance matters
• Leading budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning
• Promoting accountability and cost control across the organisation

Candidate Profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience within hospitality, F&B or multi-site environments preferred
• Strong cashflow management and budgeting capability
• Confident partnering with senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks, trends and control gaps
