Job Title: Events Operations Coordiantor – Events Group
Salary: Up to £28,000
Location: Scotland

We are partnering with a prestigious events organisation seeking a Events Operations Coordiantor to support the delivery of catering across high-profile professional events.

This is a fast-paced, project-focused role where organisation, stakeholder coordination and attention to detail are key.

You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure catering projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate catering projects from planning through to onsite delivery
• Act as a key contact for internal teams, contractors and stakeholders
• Track project timelines, actions and budgets
• Support operational delivery across multiple events
• Prepare meeting agendas, documentation and reports
• Maintain accurate catering and project records

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in catering, hospitality or events
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills
• Confident managing stakeholders and contractors
• Comfortable tracking budgets and producing reports
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proactive, detail-oriented and calm under pressure
